Lots of Blueberries Coffee Cake

This recipe has been one of my family’s favourites since I was a kid. My mother would whip this up in a moments notice when local friends or family would call and say “Put the coffee on, we’re dropping by!”

There is nothing ‘sweeter‘ than serving your guests something amazingly delicious, hot out of the oven that’s made with love by you!

  1. This looks delicious. I love simple and quick to make cakes, especially ones with something a bit different to them, and the topping to this seems to really make it special.

  2. Thank you for your comment!
This coffee cake is definitely easy and quick and the best thing is it actually tastes delicious!
The topping is different then my mother always made. It’s just a mix of ingredients I found went really well and added extra flavour to the overall cake. So thank you for noticing!
