Welcome to the Obviously Chic Boutique!
A girlie girls fashion haven filled with floral scarves, gorgeous statement piece necklaces, glitzy glam rings, handmade throw pillows, her trademark designed tutus, and clever logo tshirts galore. Phew! That’s just to name a few of the Boutique’s specialty items. A very, very dangerous place for a girl’s pocket book! But… alas! Most of the items (except for some shabby-chic furniture) in the shop are under $100!
We were so excited to be invited to an exclusive media party for the amazing Obviously Chic Boutique Popup Shop last week. After a quick website search to investigate just what this Popup Boutique was all about, a calender scan for availability, we wasted no time and rsvp’d immediately! Yes, yes! We will definitely attend this fabulous party!
Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances we sadly were not able to attend the party that night… However, we did visit the shop over the weekend. Let’s just say there are enough goodies in that shop to keep a girl occupied and happily shopping for a long, long time.

We’re. In. Love.
Huh! That is exactly what I’ve always said…our lives are like a movie and we’re the lead stars, writers and directors of our own destiny. Brilliant. Bloody brilliant I tell ya. (as spoken in my FAV british accent!) – Laura
Regardless of the fact that it was a miserable rainy day and it took us 40 min to get to the shop downtown Vancouver, once inside it was so worth it! Discovering all of the unique and interesting items made it seem like it was a bright, happy kinda day! We had so much fun visiting the shop and meeting the owner, Jessica. She’s one extremely creative and talented woman. Not sure how she finds time to sleep! We love that she is inspired by girls who read blogs and dream of travel, we’re definitely on the same page! We are big supporters of anything Canadian and she’s from Saskatchewan. Holla!
We now are big fans of the Obviously Chic Boutique and will definitely go to her shop next time she’s back in Vancouver. Until then you can check it out online and do a lil shopping at her site: www.obviouslychic.com
